Vegetarian Sautéed Mushrooms
Ingredients
Sautéed Mushrooms
1 pound common mushroom
100 g onions
1 large bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Mrs Dash Seasoning (salt-free)
4.5 table spoon Supreme Sauce Marinade
2 table spoon vegetable oil
Boiled rice
2 cups of jasmine rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups of water
Method
Sauteed vegetables
Chop mushrooms, onions and bell peppers into fine slices
Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into frying pan or wok
Heat at low temperature for three minutes and add chopped vegetables
Add seasonings and stir
Pour Supreme Sauce in pan and mix evenly for 5 minutes until vegetables soften
Boiled rice
Pour rice into a colander to rinse
Pour into bowl and add water and salt
Stir and cover with a tight lid
Leave to steam for 10 minutes at low temperature until rice softens
